New PPI just read that they are doing another PP at 0.30 with warrants at 0.50. On face value one would say that SP will go to CAD 0.30 and then to CAD 0.50. But I don't think that will occur. I think they will procrastinate, spend the money and then JV Regcourt, keep Red Ore as that can be used to raise cash, and reverse split. Why do I say this, because this was what went on with PMM. Same management same story. I hope I am wrong, but I feel that management is just printing money. Up to now there is no value for shareholders, and I think this PP may not fbe illed so easily., as not everyone is fooled. Until I see shareholder value raised and institutional investments I do not give management a green light. This PP if filled should be used to increase value using a buyback of shares. If microcaps do not move GAX will simply be a vehicle to pay management's salaries. Unfortunately GAX has a lot of company on the TSX. Of course if they do find something by a miracle things will change, I am not holding my breath.
