GB needs to go private!Management owns 75% of the float, why have they been paying $100k a year for the last two decades in G&A expenses! That's a couple million dollars in listing fee's, auditing fees, and legal, all for what? Ginger Beef doesn't intend on raising capital, they have ZERO marketing and don't even mention GB as a pubco on their website. So why bother? Waste of time and money. Either Take the company private for $0.40, get someone to buy you out, or else actually put effort into marketing and maybe raise money and expand your business(extremely unlikely of the 3 scenarios).
