They got the chumps (and they know who they are) to sell them their shares on the cheap and now that the dust has settled they'll pay for the gbk shares with real money and not chump change.

They are obliged to report 5% or over ownership. JJ used a numbered company for this instance, but how many other numbered companies, and or paid accumulators do they have in the "under 5%"
