30 Day countdown beginsIf I read the end of the whole news release right. The arbitration tribunal will tell the chinese in next 30 days how much money they must hand out to GBK for damages. Also in my opinion, tribunal decided this yesterday, so they knew about demand of JJ at BC supreme court of appeals. They must be very sure of yesterdays decision because judges hate to be overturned by other judges. Like I said last week, 90% of appeal filings don't get heard and thrown back on the streets.
This is very good news, but not as good as the next news in next 30 days from tribunal. Sorry we are now down to 29 or less!!
