RE: OCR of Complaint No S112552Though it is good reading colonel pike, we have what I think is a 5 percent chance of getting a the end of this case. This case is years from being judged and if we win it is a guarantee that JJ would appeal. The weird thing is that in this specific case, JJ would have a good chance to not get the appeal rejected and 3 judges from appeals court accept to take the case. Reason is that the price per share given to us in a win would be arguable.
Yes and No's are usually never accepted by appeals court, but amounts are often accepeted and then often in many cases amount settlement brought down. Went through it, minimum 5 years if both comply without tricks to stall.
GBK had to do it, had no choice.....But we will most probably never see what experts would have granted us.
