A FEW THOUGHTS
i have said very little for quite some period of time. i have not sold one share since
we were backstabbed by the greedy ones. I agree with many that we are getting
sold out way too cheaply. The insiders have tendered their stock into lockup and
have given up the fight. They are too old to stand a heart attack and dont want the
trouble so bailing out is the easy solution. The lawyers were bleeding us dry with the
fight against JJ and we needed to keep going back for cheap financing. The logical
outcome was for the JJ to make everything look as baaaaad as possible and weaken
the opponent into submission.
By the way ---who are the fools that are selling out at .35 at TD anyway??
At this point in time the insiders have only tendered 6% of the outstanding stock into lockup.
What about the other 94%. What if everyone that has a backbone doesnt tender their stock.
JJ will be forced to cough up some more money!!
Anyone happen to notice who was buying today. Thats right Bill Lupien.
Anyone happen to know how much stock he holds. Thats right more than all
of the insiders. Will he be tendering his stock????????

At this point i see no reason to tender any stock.
