Has anyone disected the Feb 3 circular to shareholders?

While I see all sorts of recommendations to accept the offer, I havent seen any evidence of the numbers that the lawyers or analysts have been purporting that the Board has been basing their decision on or supporting the offer.

Can anyone contribute? thanks
