On an individual basis the chinese are very nice and honorable people. In business they are extremely ruthless and not to be trusted. What you see here is being played out by them in the rare earths industry....unless you don't read business news for some reason. In the 40's German citizens were very nice and honorable people and look what their leader was capable of making them do
