In a PERFECT WORLD---I NEED HELP!!!

In a PERFECT WORLD---I NEED HELP!!!A BIG Problem of MINE----is that I am too trusting, and too gullible.
I try to see the good in everyone, and I am far too trusting, perhaps, when it comes to the reporting of
various stock exchanges, if that is the correct terminology.
We have a lot of very smart, knowedgeable, and astute people on this forum.  Many, no doubt read
the posts here, but for various reasons, don't share their acquired wisdom.
Everyone has their own strengths, expertise---and wisdom.
We should be able to fathom this one out, and get the correct answer.

THE PROBLEM, or MYSTERY here---as told by others, and questioned is:
The QUESTION OF THE MISSING SHARES!!!!

Recently I too have placed a buy order for GCU shares and it was filled.  Mind you, it was a rather large
order, and I was more than happy with the result------BUT----
One places the order and then you watch the reported buys and sells (I do it on stockwatch) to see how
your order is doing.
Sure enough, my order got filled bit by bit, however;  under my anxious, watchful eyes, the order came
up to me short of being filled---BUT---sure enough,  my account summary said "order filled in FULL"!!!
Now I am definately NOT niave, as most would think, everyone would think???---Knows!!??!!

IN A PERFECT WORLD---I know that there are many exchanges where I know you can buy & sell shares.
I know for example that there is the TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE, but there is the PINK SHEETS (I think they
are called) in the USA---New York, the FRANKFURT EXCHANGE (for Europeans), and YES, even I am aware
of this ALPHA EXCHANGE in Toronto.  You would like to think that when you put your order in, the order
automatically goes out to ALL OF THE VARIOUS EXCHANGES---and you thus fairly get filled at the
BEST PRICE AVAILABLE!  If NOT then the 'GAMES OF ARBITRAGE" can be played!
This must, I think be the senario, or else logically, "Where did the shares go"?  Do the ALIENS actually
trade our shares?
Or, is there truely A CONSPIRY GOING ON, as some have questioned?

I have heard about this "mysterious" ALPHA EXCHANGE" and that apparently many of the "big boys",
institutions, and perhaps company insiders, use this exchange ALL THE TIME!  Especially when they
place large orders.  This is just "hear-say" on my part, and DEFINATELY NOT SUBSTANTIATED by
me personally, NOR by ANYONE ELSE (in my rather limited circle of contacts).

However;  The question(s) have to be asked.  By this I mean----
Where is the TOTAL AMOUNT of SHARES traded per day REPORTED?  Obviously NOT on/by the
TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE.
Do "companies" or certain people do this on purpose for seemingly ANIMONITY or to avoid
exposure, or reporting----if so is it legal?  Is it deceptive?  Which body REGULATES this---if ANY?
Or do we just take these peoples "word for it" so to speak?
I mean, in  other words, do certain companies and people do this on purpose, and why?
     I really don't know!
Think about it.  Let's say shares are traded (which I know they are) on the FRANKFURT EXCHANGE.
Who do "they" really have to report to?   SEDAR, SETI (for Alien traders--just joking!?!?  That's scary)

Like I said, as did The Beatles,  "HELP---SOMEBODY---HELP ME IF YOU CAN---PUHLEEEESE"
It just isn't my expertise.
It could also be said, and rightfully so, that I AM LAZY---plain and simple!!  SIMPLE is the operative
word here!!!

Yours, as always, the notorious BARN BREATH---Thank-you in advance for your help.

p.s.   Also, are there any other exchanges where GCU shares traded, of which I haven't mentioned?
p.p.s.s.   I really do want to BELIEVE in a PERFECT WORLD!!  Yet I know "games" are played with
trading shares---bid and asks, block trades and the like.
