So, what does this mean? To issue a News Release on Monday to be fair and to get the best
desired effect, following my line of reasoning, would be also foolish?
But that would then leave next TUESDAY 'open'-------However; since today is a Tuesday, that would mean
ANOTHER week will have gone by!
It is though a good point. I wonder if GCU management actually thinks and considers such things?
It should have some bearing, shouldn't it? Perhaps if ready, the NR should have ben done today!
Another debateable point, on which I personally am undecided is:
Can a listed company hold back a news release, especially if it pertains to drill results------AND-----
those said drill results are deemed "MATERIAL"?
To be absolutely fair here, it could be "good or bad news materially".
AND
Just who decides what is "MATERIAL" or NOT???
Also, what percentage effect is defined as "material" ANYWAYS?????
