RE: Who's up for cacca soup?

RE: Who's up for cacca soup?I'm sure the large buyers and the ones who matter, like the ones who bought into the recent PP, have been given a through picture of what the 43-101 and if there is a surprise it would be on the upside because management would want to set expectations low and over deliver rather than under deliver. I'm not an expert in takeovers but I wonder at what point a major would start to pick up available shares in the open market if it doesn't rebound from these lows quickly. Obviously, the big holders can control the price of a buyout because it is so closely held but does anything that a potential suitor would move in and pick up part of the float in advance of an offer?
