You are wrong about the one bedroom apartment... I live in a two bedroom Condo. When the Speedy was sold by the Skidmores back in 2004 my father and his sisters used it as an exit strategy. Because of tax planning initiatives the grandkids ended up with all the capital assets owned through BC numbered companies governed by a shareholders agreement.
My share is 280,000 shares of glentel and approx 1/6 of about $15M worth of land scattered across the country.
My mother is born Susan Mary-Anne Pattison... has been married 4 times and only knows how to sleep her way through life to survive and yes did abandon me when I was 6 in Prince George on an indian reserve and you are right I am a bit crazy... and wild.

Something else my family is known for... buying companies and then stripping them bare. Trust me... we are not interested in GCU now that Quinton has double the dilution in a year.
Nor do we believe that GCU will ever get permits.
