The Cordero Gallium Project comprises the Cordero Property and the Caley Property in Humboldt County, Nevada. During
the year ended November 30, 2012, the Co
mpany wrote down the carrying value of th
e property to a nominal value of $1.
Due to current market conditions, no exploration is planned for
this project and the Company will not renew the claims on the
project for the upcoming year.
