That's what is looks like.. end of Arpril. In my humble opinion it doesnt like rebabalancing but some new buyers coming in. Maybe GCU is moving in GDXJ as well after which would be helpful. Just a guess .
And on my last post i meant higher low.. not lower low just for clarification on the techinal analysis part.
