confused and frustrated

I've been long on GCU for about 15 years now.  I'm very frustrated over why this is not going anywhere and why the stock goes lower, even with good news. I'm a rookie at all this. I bought in on the advise of a trusted friend and have enjoyed dreaming of this gold getting bought and getting a profit.  I have obvious been very patient!  But guietly listening to you all and trying to pick up from your knowledge, I'm still at a loss as to why this isn't going anywhere, and keeps going down.  Anyone patient enough to explain this to a rookie in rookie terms?  Anything would be appreciated....L

I'm not up on all the initials you use yet - I am learning and putting 2 + 2 since I started reading these posts, but I have a long ways to go. Obviously! I read things about insider this and insider that ...more

So....GCU is still good and that's good so I'll hold fast and see what happens I guess and keep reading up. LR, you should never lean on anybodys opinion. I know, this sounds impossible (and for newbies it is), but successfully investing is LABOR and gathering experience to become able to make own judgements. IMO this is best achieved systematically. If you read something, you don't ...more

Thanks for the advise and the direction to take to get to where I need to be.  That's what I need. I'll take any advise I can and what you say sounds very good. Much thanks.
