This company is trapped?

I think if people can only "hope" that something is going to happen they are bound to be disappointed. Hope is not a good investment strategy. Gcu is just at a stage now where there is no surprises, nothing for the market to get excited about.

All manner of surprises possible, Oldmanwinter; hey, they're drilling and you never know what's down there. This time, the surprises, imo, seemed on the negative side...but possibly someone here can point out my error of judgement. Yes, there were a couple of good holes, but my heavens, i expected more from where some of those drill holes were sited. If i'm wrong, and i hope i am ...more

If you want better grades than that you can go to PVG but you will pay a lot more than 33 cents.

I called the office today to discuses the drill results.  If you look at the designations for the drill holes, you will see three different catagories.  SP - drilling designed to explore for deposits - new deposits, expanding the size of a deposit and infill drilling to prove up ounces.  SG - technological drilling looking for different types of information to further the ...more

Question: are you familiar with the West Johnson Lake (south of the Portage Zone, East Johnson Lake (southeast of the Portage Zone) lake bottom sediment survey results?? Feedback from you would be prudent to any further discussions on these areas!! Thanks.

The company is very interested in the lakes you mention.  They are very good candidates for further exploration.  Being that they are under a lake it is more problematic to do preliminary exploration.  While the company is focusing Springpole and not actively looking at these other potential targets, we should not forget about them.   They are some of the assets that make GCU ...more

well they did buy out the Johnson's cabin so maybe they're setting up the motions for the eventual mine or...................................they just bought the nicest place on the lake to sit and sip rare malts laughing about the old days, huge salaries for nothing! LOL
