Some patience is required in these type of stocks Keep in mind GDNP has been doubling their revenue annually since 2016. They will do it this year and again next year. The stock price will follow. Pretty hard to find that growth elsewhere.

As for reporting news, they are obligated to provide timely disclosure of any material information or material changes. Those type of NRs not something that a microcap will be reporting monthly.

Fluff news only has a short term impact.

If you are in this for the long term, you will be rewarded. Patience will be rewarded. Watching the sp daily just leads to frustration.
