Possible Close and sale of GDW??

Possible Close and sale of GDW??

Mr. " Ping Chan" is apparently chairman of a Private Company called " Pan Pacific Mining" located in the Yukon. Pan Pacific Mining hold several properties in the Yukon. I am wondering, with GDW in such dire financial straits ect ect. at this time whether Mr. Chan's appointment will lead to GDW becoming another asset of PPM.  It is too soon to tell exactly what is going on here but I have a feeling that Mr. Chan's involvement has something to do with wrapping things up for GDW as a public company, and having it basicly sold off to PPM. I just can't see from Mr. Chan's resume how he would be able to advance GDW from it's present state, when other's including Herman whom had far more credentials and contacts could not do it. GDW's Mount Anderson Project is certainly full of real potiential. Every bit of Due Diligence and exploration work done by the company showed  POSITIVE RESULTS and cause to continue to the drilling stage. I think you will definitely see this Mt. Anderson project bought up by another company,  Mr. Chan's PPM may just be it in the end! GLTA!
