In response to your comment (goldendream) about the activity possible behind the scene that we shareholders may be unaware of, you can bet we are probably unaware of 90% of what is taking place as most shareholders are. We are usually informed "after the fact" when management pretends to fullfill their "timely disclosure" obligations.
So what may be taking place is shear speculation on our part. Personally I think that management has at this point all or nearly all of the NI-43101 report in hand. What are they doing with it you may ask. Well we can be assured they are beating the bushes out there for a deal that is for sure. And the perimeters of that deal are usually wide open. More than likely they are simply looking for money through a private placement to continue exploration which at this point means drilling in the spring. If those professionals looking at this have any of the same misgivings about management they could possibley look at taking them out. Remember our esteamed leader Hermann took 5 million plus shares this summer for partial payment of past wages. Wouldn't hurt him at this stage of his career to be taken out.
Behind every juinor mining executive is an exit strategy. (iTS CALLED A PAYDAY)
A well written NI 43-101 can be a powerful document in the right hands at the right time.Especially if it is payed for with corporate funds. So behind the scenes, a financing, take-over, golden handshake, the GDW universe will unfold as planned in the new year. Let's hope their is something there for us retail buyers when the smoke clears and the mirrors tarnish.
