That is all every company sends out re their AGM. That is the primary focus of the AGM of every company. Who is going to "lead" us for the next year, and what will will they get for that? The frustrating thing for shareholders of a company like GEM is that despite the high level of compensation for our "leaders" (most Canaidans would figure they's won the lottery with so much money) they expect very little from themselves for that..
These guys tyoically "lead" several c ompanies at the same time, often getting the same kind of money from each of them. They also most likely figure minimum wage employees are overpaid, and deeply resent paying taxes which they no doubt see as unfair and a drag on industry.
How do you spell entitled? Is it S E L F I S H or T O D D L E R?
