RE:RE:Question re Executive Compensation

RE:RE:Question re Executive Compensation
Available through sedar, the document concerning GEM executive compensation was filed on June 24th, 2022.
Also, in the GEM Notice of the AGM and Information Circular Dated July 20, 2022 regarding the AGM on August 24.
In the Notice of AGM, the the Statement of executive compensation begins on page 6, and on page 7 there is a "Table of compensation excluding compensation securities". That table lists the "Salary consulting fee, retainer, or commission" for the CEO, CFO. and two directors for the years, 2022, 2021, 2200.
For Yingling those figures are 2022 - 195,000; 2021 - 190.000; 2020 - 171,000
For Jassal: 2022 - 106,000; 2021- 72,500; 2020 - 54,000

Then on page 8 there is a section titled Employment consulting and management agreements which states:

Thomas Yingling and Brahma Communications Corp. - the company entered into an agreement with Brahma Communications Inc., a company wholly owned by Thomas Yuingling effective March 1st 2017 with regards to the employment of Mr Yuingling as President and Chief Executive Officer. The agreement is for a 24-month term and is automatically renewed for subsequent 24 month terms unless earlier terminated. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has agreed to pay Mr Yuengling a base salary of $12,000 per month. A termination clause has been included whereby Mr Yuengling is entitled to an amount that is 14 times the base salary resulting from change of control or termination by the company. Effective June 2019 compensation was increased to 15,000 for month. An agreement is in good standing

So, I am wondering if the Brahma Communications deal for 15,000 a month is in addition to the 195,000. And if the arrangement with Brahma is for consultimg with GEM only, or if it is for consulting for other companies, too.
