Yup. But there is not much anyone can do about that.  There are four directors, two of which are the two (I think) NEOs of the company. The AGM is on the 24th, and no one is running for director other than the four currently serving. There are no institutional shareholders, so no effective way to challenge or even question the directors at the AGM.
It looks a lot like this company exists primarily as a vehicle to funnel money primarily to the CEO, the CFO, amd one of the two directors. For some reason Ian Graham takes no salary directly from the company.
