Must be something to this company This is not the first money raise that did not go public. Wonder which of the insiders or their buddies got this? Maybe news coming like the last time? Anyway if the powers that be or their buddies are putting money in that is always a good sign imo
"On January 9, 2024, Green Battery Minerals Inc. closed the transaction. The company issued 2,500,000 flow-through units at the price of CAD 0.07 per unit for an aggregate amount of CAD 175,000. Each unit is comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant for the purchase of one common share at the price of CAD 0.10 and having an exercise period of three years.
The Company has paid a cash commission of CAD 7,000 and granted 250,000 compensation warrants. The compensation warrants are exercisable at CAD 0.07 for a period of three years. All securities issued are subject to a four month hold period which will expire on April 30, 2024."
