Yes, that measly $175,000 PP that they could only muster. LMAO. I ask you again, how many drill holes/meters will $175,000 buy them? Unless they plan on using a Black & Decker hand held drill they likely wouldnt find a driller that would commit to such a small program. Your use of the term measly is correct. Gracias. Grinnn.
