Even though i know you were replying to gg, i wanted to let you know i for one appeciate good honest facts that are presented to the board.
The thing that i had a problem with from what ggrellette said about Denis selling for the benefit of Jean is this:
IF Denis sold via a reported transaction as a Disposition in the Public Market ... then because he is an Insider this sale needed to be reported but if Jean got the shares then he would have had to report it as an Acquistion in the Public Market ...yet we see no such report,,, so that tells me that the shares that Denis sold went directly to the Transfer Afent (Computershare Investor Services Inc.) for distribution into the public market,
Also that is very interesting dialogue that you came across from "takeoverbuck1".... kinda makes a guy wonder what the heck is actually going on!
But on a personal level.. i feel fine being invested here in GER,, i believe it will turn out to be a good choice down the road at some point.
Glad they are up and running the Cobra Oro plant again... 24hrs/5 days/week.
