The properties are located 17 km to the east of Choluteca where Glen Eagle operates gold mill. The Piedra Dorada and La Moloncasa properties cover an area of about 1,000 ha and 400 ha.

He Was GERs Plant Superintendent from Jan 2018 thru March 2019... news to me...  Must have been him & Geoffery Hodges (Op Manager , Nov 2014 thru May 2019)... were these the two that got replaced mentioned in management report? Or was he the Civil Engineer who improved the process (as mentioned in his linked in profile)?

Responsible for performing the following functions within the plant: Supervise operations and comply with the operating procedures of each section, identify errors if there are any and must correct them.
Responsible for metallurgical results, he must perform the metallurgical tests and investigations of the ore to balance in the different plant processes. Strengthen volume and sampling controls to carry out a metallurgical balance and make daily production tables to prepare weekly production reports. Supervise, coordinate and control the execution of production processes such as crushing, grinding, leaching, tank washing, filtration and queuing of the beneficiation plant. Supervise and coordinate the installation, modification and maintenance of all the equipment used in the production processes. Comply with and enforce safety, occupational health and environmental control standards. Manage the cost reduction of the benefit plant seeking the efficiency of the processes and the use of resources. Perform other activities of equivalent importance, at the request of your immediate superior manager, or on your own initiative, and must be previously communicated to the superior authority for their respective authorization. With the work team it was possible to increase the milling tonnage from 5 to 8.5 tons per hour by means of a reducer to lower the spin speed of the mill to 74% of the critical speed, this caused the production of dor to increase from 100 to 195 troy ounces per month on average through the Merril Crowe process.
