The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced April 29, 2020.

 

Number of shares:  15,818,420 flow-through shares and 6,880,045 common shares

Purchase price:  29.07 cents per flow-through share and 19 cents per common share

Number of placees:  10 placees

Total pro group involvement:  26,315 (one placee)
