Trading like a PP coming
Picked up some shares but seen this trading pattern before, and it liooks like a PP coming
Hope I am wrong and it is just Tax selling

You may be right, but I think the high volume may be a sign that a coming PP is not the reason. Since the last days of September, almost 18M shares have been sold, whereas in the three months prior a total of 6M were sold (on the TSX, haven't checked the OTC). If someone is trying to keep price suppressed for a coming PP, they're using quite a bit of shares doing so.
