"The 18.7 million shares become free trading. The warrants have an exercise period of 2 years so it is unlikely any of those become free trading."

Agreed. Not all shares will be sold and not all warrants, if any, will be exercised into shares and then sold. Some of the financing is in stronger hands & some not.

That’s why I said “potential shares” as in the worst case scenario. Usually, the worst case just as the best case in anything don’t happen.

I’m not too concerned with it as there will be constant news flow from now on as the drill results have just begun to trickle through. We have 3 months of Phase 2 drilling results ahead of us that will be released to the market over the next 2 months or so to counter any selling pressure due to the unwinding of shares from the past financing. And with the recent average GBB daily trading volumes in the 1.5-3.0 mm shares/day range any selling of those shares would be over with within say a 2 week timeframe anyway. 1 good drill report and you would make back anything you lost due to the share sales from the financing anyway.

I would be far more concerned if the timeline of the hold period from the last financing came after all the Phase 2 results were already released to the market and you were waiting months for the Phase 3 results to come out. That would be a far more dire situation where the SP would get hit hard and stay down for a while until Phase 3 data pushed them back up again.
