Huge land package means nothing if you don't have the cash to drill it.
If the RE flops, GBB goes to 10 cents in no time, financing becomes next to impossible without extreme massive dilution and its essentially game over.
Maybe thats what Osisko is waiting for.... to steal the lands when these guys bust out.
