that is well put pysco. the matter will be out of franks hands. the need for cash to get the Rolling start going will ofset anything that he has formally stated. when the time comes to go, he will go. .03 .04 doesnt matter. that is only the first step... what happends if the grade and or the pog is less.... but, on the other hand it could also be better. bty, I sold most of my stock in the last couple of weeks, at .035 .04 and .045 . good luck to all.
