The Company is engaged in developing and exploring its 100% owned Granada Gold Property near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, which is adjacent to the Cadillac Break. The Granada Gold Property is located five kilometers south of the mining community of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The property includes the former Granada Gold underground mine. The Company owns about 14.73 square kilometers of land in a combination of mining leases and claims. This near-surface and underground gold deposit, with the added discovery of a Rubidium (alkali metal) deposit, is located 15 minutes from Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

psych01, frank has already stated that if you own royalty shares, you own the gold in the ground, and if you own common schares, you own the company. so, lets say you have 1 million shares at the moment, out of approx., 300 million, you own 1/300th of the co. lets say that after the royalty transfer, you still own 1 million shares, out of 150 million common shares that are not transferred, then you own 1/150 th of the company.. so, until we get the facts, price, and or conversion ratio, and an idea of the possible dividend, I will keep my common shares,
