you are totally allowed to your opinion. you either believe in management, or you do not. being from quebec, I know for a fact that dealing with any provincial government body is painstakingly slow, and very often, absured. it sometimes feels like they are dragging their feet on purpous... Gbb has had great news for us for quite a wile. it has been waisted because of a crappy market, and a to large float of shares. at 38 million, investors will listen. mark my words.
