The key words to any announcement that Basa makes is......"development" of a flow sheet.......moving forward with comprensive 'study', ......it is always about a study, I think i know of at least 20 or more, it is seldom followd by any action. You have to read carefully as if just a glance it seems like they are doing something, and that isn't what happens
Frank seems to attract enough investors to buy some of the stock to replenish his coffers, then there is a roll back, then big options for all Directors and another years passes.
My advice would be not to be interested in the "new Mill" that they have been talking about for years, with Canada silver Cobalt etc etc but......."RUN....
