CCW  is joke # 2  ..........look at the financing structure  At the closing of the offering, the company issued (1) 7,468,000 units at a price of 25 cents per unit, (2) 8,682,500 flow-through (FT) units at a price of 27 cents per FT unit (3) and 6.31 million Quebec flow-through (QFT) units at a price of 29 cents per QFT unit. #2 & #3 have an after tax cost of 0.05-0.06¢ ...more
