My mistake, even though the last news release to mention the LOI says it’s only in effect until March 10, the MD&A dated April 3 says:
 
Greatbanks and Ironstone have extended dates to complete a definitive agreement and the expectation is that the agreement will be concluded soon.
 
So still vague, but maybe not dead..., possibly clarification by the May 19 AGM in NYC?
