I saw Ni locations on Tesla Battery Day presentation but could not post it here.  It looks like one Ni is from Canada but I do not know whether it is Manitoba or Ontario.

Thank you Nemesis for the info.  From what you mention "Dumont Nickel" which is owned by private firm now so I research further and find this CEO interview and the project is near Dumont Nickel.  I will try my luck with this project.
