2) The following is the email I have sent to my attorney Lewis, prior to starting the Class Action Lawsuit:

Hello Lewis
This email is to inform you that I did the best I could to gather potential victimized investors who are willing to join me for the Class Action Lawsuit against Giga metals. I even published your coordinates on stockhouse.com.
I have had bad experiences with lawyers and I am hopeful you are going to make a difference in showing us how much you really care about defending your clients rights. Depending on the positive outcomes we achieve in this current lawsuit, I will be in a position to request your assistance for other services. It is very important that I have an attorney I truly trust!
Will 5% upfront and 10% after retrieving my losses hold, as you have stipulated in your previous email?
Does 5% upfront fee represent 5% of the loss suffered? What does 10% represent, after collecting my money?
