There is no such thing as a Class 1 deposit. Class 1 nickel simply means nickel with at least 99.8% purity. Any form of nickel can be transformed into Class 1 nickel... it's just a matter of cost/effort to purify the input.
When even nickel matte can be turned into Class 1 nickel, saying that you have a "Class 1 deposit" is meaningless marketing jargon until there's an economic analysis done that shows HOW you arrive at the Class 1 output and that the process is competitive with alternative deposits.
