The Company is focused on building or enhancing UMO re-refineries and licensing its intellectual property to third parties around the world. Its first ReGen facility is in the site selection and negotiation phase in the United States Gulf Coast.

Why Is The Share Price So Low?Am i missing something here? A $760M deal and a market cap of $35M currently? The deal alone puts them at about 21 times their market cap. Does the market not give a cr@p or what's the deal??
