Both Paradigm Capital and Cormark in their respective reports pointing towards severe dilutions for GIII sharehiolder in raising the required capex not covered by a possible term sheet from EDC.

Tens of millions of additional shares to be issued to finance just one facility.

And yet Cormark has a 1 year target price of $4.00. If the dilution does not materialize then even higher target price.

Cormark participated in the brokered financing at 1.25 CAD. They want to make money on their GIII shares. Hence the high target. Not familiar with Canadian brokers ? Wake up .
