He wants your shares! It's the only logic reason/motivation for his bashing here. He knows our superb management is delivering (ask Koch, BP or Oiltanking...), and the stock will be 8 to 10$ in a few months (after the financing PR) and thus Shoener needs to buy shares, as much as possible and for a low price like today's. He wants your shares; see it as a bullish sign.

Odds are he's an early investor from 2017 who bought in at .50 and sold at .14 and now is just sour over the massive boat he missed.  Shoener its happens to the best of us, however, this time its not happening.
