Chapter 11 is absolute nonsense, the names involved would never allow that to happen, especially as they can easily make hundreds of millions when Gold and Copper go a bit higher and stay there for a little while.

Don't invest in companies like GIX if you have a short-term horizon or if you need the invested money. You don't get a 10-bagger with such an approach... Do your research and then be patient. 2018 could be the year for patient gold juniors investors/speculators.
