...No Brainer here...Perhaps the Market is catching on with the Potential of this property ?

It's already had Hud Bay Minerals (a past owner) mine and produce High Grade Copper from it

prior to 1982. Trouble was the cost of Copper was down and with little Demand.

Huge Discovery Potential going forward as the Price of Copper Increases with EV Demand.
