MCP is only 1% HEAVY REE...and MCP's priority is building NEODYMIUM MAGNETS for GREEN TECHNOLOGIES. Look, it's obvious that there are very different characteristics in each of these orebodies for diff cos in their REE contents. Heavy REEs may be valuable BUT when you have THIS MUCH Neodymium which is VERY precious, THAT'S ALSO valuable too. Needless to say that there's also Phosphates and Niobium in significant quantities AND THIS is what will play out in the end as GMA's signature. I mean, we've only tapped a corner of this orebody and we are headed to the sweet spots, and most can agree that this is a MAMMOTH sized deposit HAVING MANY DIFF TYPES of REEs and it's worth a hell of a lot of money...It's also a very simple open pit. And it's not in the middle of nowhere but in prime mining land with all available infrastructures readily available...what more can you ask ? ...you just have to let it play out...
