From the Horses Mouth

From the Horses Mouth
Ok everyone,

As promised, this is my conversation.

I sent a generic email asking why the updated presentation is now with a tech update in late 2015. I asked why the delays are occurring and is there any problems/difficulty with the seperation. I also asked why the reactor was introduced and how much time and money they are putting into Anik. Lastly asked will there be a phase 2 for Anik.

The response I received in summary.

-No major delays, but slow development which is "normal for R AND D".
-CTO working on technology and the PEA Flowsheet which means he is NOT committing 100% of his time on the technology.
-Once PEA Flowsheet is complete, the CTO will be 100% focused on seperation tech.
-He reminded me that it took them over 2 years to get to the stage in jan, feb, mar where they could publish results.
-The Reactor is not for seperation. It speeds up quality certification of flowsheet...volume dependant.

Here is the quote of why I think the PEA hasn't been approved yet........"Could have gone without the reactor but would have taken forever to get the flowsheet approved for the PEA and since we were planning on increasing the volumes later this year anyways to make more material for separation testing we went ahead and got the larger reactor now. "

So this to me shows your theorie(s) are incorrect. I guess this is why it hasn't been approved....yet.

-Anik is finished with drilling.
-Anik does not take away work from Montviel REE.
-Moneywise, the costs of the initial drilling was in the latest press release.
-Currently compliling data to see if Phase 2 is necessary.

Cheers,

Shelbs
