RE:RE:RE:Mention

RE:RE:RE:Mention
  • Usually the new CEO reassures the shareholders as to the direction of the company. Did I miss something recently?
  • GMA has a CEO by interim. What's next? An appointment, an announcement as to a recruitment process or else?
  • Why is GMA so silent with a share price very very very low. Is there someone with a bit of leadership in this team?
The long silence in the current context does not indicate something good. GMA will need financing relatively soon. Who will get it? The sale aspect of the business is very different than the preparation of the financial statements. Investors are buying a vision, a strategy or a potential
performance of the stock. What does an interim CEO can offer in term of strategy, vision or performance?

Not knowing what is going on within GMA's walls allows the investors to speculate on the most catastrophic scenarios, which is certainly not in the best interests of GMA itself. I am looking forward to see someone taking the pole and to show a minimum level of leadership. I do not want to be too pessimist, but it needs to be done sooner than later.

Very good post Moulok. Couldn't agree with you more. It's not unreasonable for GMA to inform investors what is going on. There's a lot of secretive actions and news coming from the GMA camp. As an investor, you're right, it does lead to catastrophic scenarios. Investors these days are impatient and want a 300% return on their money now. However, there's a lot of investors who would be more then happy to be patient given a clear, concise direction. Delays happen, things change, but not knowing what the future plans are hurt GMA and thus can probably shed light on our 8.5 cent share price. Ultimately this stock should be fine, but they need to prove their worth soon!
