RE:RE:RE:RE:Taking Profits Today

Thanks BigRed26. I am sure Cross has some comments on RapidSx as he did it recently on CEO.ca.

I will just copy/paste a message from My69z, one of the strongest supporter of UCU (for a time) and the most prolific poster I have seen in years. He left UCU Board and was not happy for various reasons. Suffice to post part of his post of June 30th, 2020 concerning RapidSx and issues/concerns about RapidSx.

So the most vocal has turned to talking of asking to service, second-hand scraps. --- IMC: In development for over a decade. Gareth Hatch has not spent more that $5k a year on Rapid SX, for 5 years. Filing also says never 1 past or current customer(s). In 2016 there was a brazil company for lithium to hire IMC. It went nowhere. Ucore purchase of RapidSX was @ 21 cents per share, based on the # of IMC shares filing. RapidSX was never taken to a structured business model. Ucore is now funding the hiring of engineers, a site, testing, the scale-up testing of RapidSx that Gareth Hatch never finalized or gained additional Govt funding, or any partners for. Ucore did not inform shareholders of: Ucore is also paying Gareth Hatch a consultant fee(s). Ty Woodie is from Hexagon's subsidiary. What they've done is dumped the required funding of RapidSX on Ucore shareholders. Transferred their Mgt into Ucore. Have not made Hexagon pay a penny. Imo, forget MRT. Expect far more dilution. Expect an R/S. Expect ---- "reviewing all business divisions for restructuring". That will be the lead-up to r/s. The constantly touted " IMC pilot plant", was nothing but the 2016 video with Pro-tech, that i had posted here several times. It validates NOTHING, for Ucore itself or any customer(s). Jim McKenzie needs to be sued. Pat Ryan needs to step-down. It is 100% @ bench scale everything and demonized "SX" to Ketchican committee. Lisa has lost all WH support. What happens if Trump loses and protesters of "SX" & Tongass unite? Certain idiots here think i'm some pro-Mgt, secret. Ooooh, you have no idea. I left this board because nobody was ever replying to the provided DD. So i will  not reply and say......everything is in public data & filings. Glt to the honest, non-narcassit, shareholders"

I invite you to read it all, but I will spare GMA's Board.

Please note also that UCU's separation technology was supposed to be the MRT tech. They went in court and just settle with IBC after what 2-3 years of legal dispute and legal fees over the ownership of the tech. UCU now gave up on their claim over MRT and will now focus entirely on RapidSx.

I invite you also to read the comments of Aushed on UCU's Board. He has been there for years criticizing what he qualifies as UCU's "magic pudding". Even though he has been criticized for years, almost all of his predictions concerning Ucore were right.

Sorry,
Haven't had a chance to respond. Been busy. Anyways not just one company, but two.. Ucore with there rapid X system looks way more promising in my opinion. Amy (American Magnesium) will also give GMA a run for there money on battery recycling.

I do like GMAs system, I've been holding for over a year now. Just to risky when other companies are pulling out in the ahead and are located closer to Tesla's factories. Quebec has always been a tough province to compete with anything in America based on logistics. Good Luck though, I would buy again in the .30s.
