The Company owns Montviel property, which is located approximately 100 km north of Lebel-sur-Quevillon and 45 km west of the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi. The Montviel property comprises 96 mining claims totaling 5,333 hectares. The project is comprised of 178 cells, for a total of approximately 9,910 hectares.

Shares issue for debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 140,754 common shares at a deemed price of 34 cents per share in settlement of a debt having a deemed value of $47,858.

Number of creditors: six creditors

Non-arm's-length parties: Gilles Gingras, 7,408 shares; Kiril Mugerman, 18,520 shares
