Graphene Manufacturing Group Limited is a clean-technology company. In the energy storage segment, the Company and the University of Queensland are working to progress research and development and commercialization of G+AI batteries.

GMG GMG.v is up 10% since they announced the updates on their Graphene Aluminium-Ion Battery technology.


Highlights that stand out to me


- Calculated energy density had an increase of 93% (since tested in 2021)

- Power density increased 33%

- GMG is growing confident in repeatability of production at scale

Specifically what stands out is that after being compared to other competitors graphene, GMG graphene has more favourable specific discharge capacity (a higher energy density performance). Great to see them getting closer to commercialization, especially after they completed the acquisition of the manufacturing intellectual property and brand rights of OzKem Pty Ltd.'s THERMAL-XR® coating products.
